My most memorable events are those that are not only well organized and planned to a T, but also carefully designed with the client in mind. Every detail is a result of thoughtful collaboration between the client and their amazing vendors.
I’m not an over the top kind of person, I’m a realistic planner with a mind full of ideas, a natural logistical train of thought and a true passion for making people happy. My role is to take over the worrying and responsibility of the to-do lists, so you can be a part of the best day of your life!

Jennifer Bechan attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. After graduation, Jennifer headed south and hasn’t looked back. She has been in the event planning industry in north Florida since 2002, gaining her wedding and event planning experience at The Amelia Island Club and The Florida Yacht Club. She has coordinated and planned countless events – from golf & tennis tournaments, cocktail parties, and weddings to lunches, brunches and private in home events.
Jennifer has successfully completed training with the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants and is also a current member of the North Florida Chapter of MPI (Meeting Planners International).
